2. Legal basis and the purpose of the processing of your personal data
i. on the basis of your consent (Article 6 (1) let. a GDPR):
for marketing operations of the administrator's products and services, using means of communication at a distance. i.e. creating a trade offer for you , informing about promotions;
in order to implement loyalty programs, competitions, promotional campaigns;
to referring to your requests and questions;
ii. in the execution of the concluded contract, for its duration and until the deadlines for pursuing claims expire (Article 6 (1) let. b GDPR);
i. in view of a possible arrangement, investigation or defence against claims, on the basis of the administrator's legitimate interest (legal basis: Article 6 (1) let. f GDPR);
ii. for the purpose of fulfilling the administrator's responsibilities imposed by other legal provisions, for the time necessary for their execution (Article 6 (1) let. c GDPR);
iii. for statistical purposes on the basis of the administrator's legitimate interest for the duration of the existence of any other legal basis for their processing (Article 6 (1) let. f GDPR)
3. The scope of personal data processed
THe processed personal data is personal data provided by you:
i. when filling in the contact form located on our website or in paper form, i.e. name, surname, phone number, e-mail address;
ii. when subscribing to the Newsletter, i.e. e-mail address;
iii. e-mail and telephone correspondence.
4. Personal data recipients
Your personal data could be disclosed to:
i. entitled state authorities at their request;
ii. entities to which the transfer of data is necessary in order to perform the concluded contract or in order to provide the administrator's services, e.g. employees, co-workers; entities cooperating with the administrator on the basis of agreements concluded in order to ensure the provision of the highest quality services by the administrator, including marketing agencies, entities servicing ICT systems, entities providing consultancy services.
Your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area nor to international organizations.
5. Rights to process personal data
You have the right to:
i. access your personal data and obtain information about the purposes of processing; (Article 15 GDPR);
ii. correcting personal data (Article 16 GDPR);
iii. delete your personal data (Article 17 GDPR);
iv. restrict the processing of personal data (Article 18 GDPR)
v. transfer your personal data to another administrator, if it is technically possible (Article 20 GDPR);
vi.object to the processing of personal data (Article 21 GDPR);
vii. the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal - if the processing is based on your consent (Article 7 (3) GDPR);
viii. to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection
6. Data submission is voluntary but necessary for entering into and implementation of a contract or service provision.
7. The administrator shall apply technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the processed personal data appropriately for the threats and categories of protected data, and in particular, to protect the data from an unauthorized disclosure to any third party, takeover by an unauthorised person, processing with the violation of the provisions of the law and any change, loss, damage or destruction.
