Commission on one side only
It is fair. We settle accounts with the party who commissions us to perform the task. If you sell with us - we settle only with you and not with the buyer. We do not block access to the offer in this way - not everyone is looking for a flat with an intermediary.
Formal and legal assistance
When you sell or buy with us, you are guaranteed legal assistance. We will guide you through the whole process of selling or buying a property. We will be present at the contracts and analyze all documents.
Offer guardian
We take every offer very seriously. Each property has its own guardian, who knows exactly what is on offer.
Presentation
We try to work on exclusivity. We then have the opportunity to professionally present your property - from the preparation to the photo session and presentation on external advertising portals.
